Lebel Hot Perm features formulation for deep penetration. "High-density liquid crystals" and "high-adhesion gloss cream" enable close adhesion of agents to the hair and high power penetration. All Lebel Hot Perm products use rice bran oil produced in Japan. Extracted from brown rice germ and rice bran, the oil accounts for about 95% of the nutrients in rice. Rice bran oil is rich in super vitamin E (tocotrienols) which is said to have about 50 times higher antioxidant activity than typical vitamin E and y-oryzanol, which absorbs ultraviolet radiation, protecting hair from damage caused by heat and oxidation and leading to beautiful healthy hair.
