Starting his hair dressing career at the age of 16, became the youngest global renowned brand educator at the age of 17, since then he always improved himself by training abroad at Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Europe with various international brands, Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy.

He has conducted countless hair courses, seminars and shows across Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Beyond education, Glen has also been invited to judge hair competitions, beauty pageants and has served as the official hairdresser for various fashion weeks, shows, magazines, musicians and local celebrities.
